Job description

As a food & beverage assistant, you will be working in our restaurant here at Dusidale House Hotel. Your role will include preparing mise en place, running food from the kitchen to the restaurant or bar, preparing drinks for our guests and keeping the front and back of house areas clean and in good working order to help ensure the smooth running of the busy restaurant operation.

This is an ideal role for someone looking to develop within a renowned restaurant environment. Ideally, we are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual who we anticipate will have worked in a similar role within the hospitality, travel or tourism industry. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is a fast learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. One with strong customer care skills, the ability to work under pressure, excellent attention to detail,  high standards in personal presentation, with a confident, professional and welcoming personality.
