Job description
As Restaurant Supervisor, you will be working in our restaurants and bars here at Skeabost House Hotel.This is an ideal role for someone looking to develop within a renowned restaurant environment. Ideally, we are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual who we anticipate will have worked in a similar role within the hospitality, travel or tourism industry. As Restaurant Supervisor, you will be working closely with the Hotel Manager and Operations Manager of the Hotel to ensure premium service delivery at all times, across our Restaurant, Bar, Lounge and outdoor terrace. You will be responsible for the training, development of our restaurant team. The successful applicant must have gained experience within a similar role or as a high-level waiter looking to step up. Self-grooming and presentation should be immaculate as well as excellent knowledge of the Scottish Hospitality and food scene.
